2: Customer Fill Up Recovery Form
Customer
can download the Recovery
Service Form [Click Here] or have it email
to you. The form constitutes part of legal-binding contractual
non-disclosure agreement to protect customer privacy and
data confidentiality.

Step
3: Customer Sends In Form and Media
Customers
sends in data storage media for evaluation together with
Recovery Service Form
[Click Here]. For the handling of the media, customers
can arrange for own logistics under their own expenses.
Alternatively, local customers can arrange for our courier
services for pickup at a flat rate. International customers
can use our Drop Zone [Click
Here] in major cities worldwide.

Step
4: The Evaluation Process
Evaluation
will take 1-2 days (within 48 hours) for Express Services
and 3-5 working days for Standard Services on receipt
of the data storage media. Express Services will be twice
more expensive than Standard.

5: The Quotation Process
Quotation
will be send to customer, if data is recoverable. Otherwise,
we will abide by the "No
data, No charge" [Click Here] policy.

Step
6: The Recovery Process
Recovery
will proceed once customer agreed to the Quotation. Recovered
data will be transferred to a replacement storage media
of similar (if not, compatible) configuration. However,
if the data is recoverable and the customer decides not
to proceed, an evaluation fees of US$50 will be imposed.

Step
7: Customer Makes Payment
Payment
can be made in Cash on Delivery and Cheques for local
customers, while Wired Transfers for international customers.
Other payment modes are in the pipeline.
For the
storage media to be returned, customers can arrange for
own logistics under their own expenses. Alternatively,
local customers can arrange for our courier service to
delivery to their doorstep at a flat fee. International
customers can arrange for delivery to destinated Drop
Zone [Click Here] for pickup.
