Operating hours are 0900 to 1800 SGT. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.



Sales to End Users

Products on 1000 Miles Network Online Store are designed and packaged for retail sale. We cannot confirm the price of an products until you order; however, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

  • If the product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If the product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

1000 Miles Network expect the customers to provide accurate information at the online order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment:

  • Name of the recipient
  • Shipping Address of the recipient
  • Telephone number of the recipient

1000 Miles Network expect the customers to provide accurate information related to themselves at the on-line delivery information form for the purpose of status feedback (such as delivery tracking and order history):

  • Name of the recipient
  • Email address of the recipient
  • Order Transaction ID
  • Telephone number

1000 Miles Network provide the customers an Order Transaction ID, Login and Password for making purchases, as well as tracking orders and deliveries. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to keep your login and password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity, whether authorized or not, occurring through the use of your login and password and must notify us immediately of any actual or suspected theft or unauthorized use or disclosure of your login or password.



Sales to Bulk Orders

1000 Miles Network also processes inquiries and quotes from importers and exporters for bulk orders. Because bulk orders are based on the minimum order requirements, 1000 Miles Network only sell to selected establishments who are able meet our required quantities and valued US$10,000 and above.

  • Quoted on Free-On-Board, FOB Singapore. Freight charges/Shipping charges and insurance will be payable by the buyers, unless otherwise arranged with us. The customer can choose the shipping company/forwarder and obtain from them any related information on shipping costs, duties, taxes and procedures.
  • Minimum Order Quantities. Vary from product to product.
  • Delivery Time. Depending on the size of the bulk order, we require between 90 to 120 days minimum lead time for delivery and/or shipment date. in the event that we are not able to adhere to this schedule because of large order volumes or seasonal factors, we will communicate any changes on the schedule when we receive your order

1000 Miles Network accept bulk orders online, faxes as well as electronic mails.

For bulk orders worth US$20,000 and above, we require a Letter of Credit (LC). LC must be irrevocable and negotiable at sight. Expiry must be 20 days after shipment date.i

For bulk orders worth between US$10,000 and US$20,000, you can use Telegraphic or Bank Transfer. If payment terms shall be by Telegraphic Transfer, we need a 50% deposit payment before production to confirm the order. Payment of the balance shall be before shipping.



Delivery of Orders

1000 Miles Network can ship to virtually any address in the world, but subjected to legal restrictions to some International Destinations. Goods are carefully packed, with original packaging unless otherwise.

Delivery service/handling fee is included in the quoted price for Singapore and Malaysia market only. International Destinations, are subjected to the terms and conditions of the Customs, Taxes and Duties.



Order Confirmation and Proof of Purchase

Qualifying purchases made by end-user customers will receive the order confirmation via electronic mail from 1000 Miles Network Online Store and can be used as the proof of purchase.



Order Cancellation

If you are to cancel your orders, please contact our Sales Support at sales@1000-miles.com.

1000 Miles Network will inform the customer through email whether the order cancellation request has been accepted, although the notification may not be immediate.



Change of Orders

If you are to change your orders, please contact our Sales Support at sales@1000-miles.com.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre-built product, please contact our Sales Support at sales@1000-miles.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

1000 Miles Network, however, does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that have been custom-configured to your specifications.

1000 Miles Network highly recommends that you:

  • Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
  • Either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit

If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.



System Failure Out of Box

In the event of that hardware product shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box, please contact our Customer Service at customer_services@1000-miles.com within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Once 1000 Miles Network has assessed and determined that the product has failed due to the above-mentioned reasons.




Defective Items

In the event that you discover what you believe is a product defect for products purchased from 1000 Miles Network please contact our Sales Support at customer_care@1000-miles.com within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Once 1000 Miles Network has assessed and determined that the product has failed due to the above-mentioned reasons.

  • For Third-Party products covered by International Warranties, you may have the product repaired at any of the Service Centres in your vicinity. However, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
  • Alternatively, the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. The Sales Support representative will contact you within 48 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery time and the procedure for returning the defective product. Subjected to the terms and conditions of the Replacement Policy.

Note: All Third-Party products sold through 1000 Miles Network Online Store that do not bear the 1000 Miles Network brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products.





Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy applies only to hardware products currently offered at 1000 Miles Network Online Store.

1000 Miles Network reserves the right to assess and determine whether the product fit "system failure out of box" or "defective covered by our warranties" by 1000 Miles Network within 30 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit. Otherwise, more than 30 calendar days after the invoice date, the manufacturers' standard product warranty will apply. You may call the manufacturer directly with any related product issues.

1000 Miles Network reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies, and for product that have end-of-production-life, to replace the product with a new model, if available or a substitute product with comparable features and functionality.

1000 Miles Network reserves the right to test returned product. In the event of the condition of the product being misrepresented by the customer, and handling fees may be imposed.



Custom-Configured Products

1000 Miles Network offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.



Payment Methods

1000 Miles Network Online Store accepts the following mode of payment:

  • Credit and Debit Cards. We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards.
  • Checks and Money Drafts. We accept only Singapore-Dollars cashier's checks and money drafts as valid forms of payment. The check or draft must be payable to 1000 Miles Network, and include your Order Transaction ID or a printed purchase email copy of your order.
  • Telegraphic Transfer. For any orders worth above US$5,000 but below US$10,000, you can use Telegraphic or Bank Transfer. If payment terms shall be by Telegraphic Transfer, we need a 50% deposit payment before production to confirm the order. Payment of the balance shall be before shipping. Processing time varies among banking institutions and can be delayed. Please allow at least 1 business day for the processing of your wire transfer.
  • Letter of Credit. For bulk orders worth US$10,000 and above, we require a Letter of Credit (LC). LC must be irrevocable and negotiable at sight. Expiry date must be 20 days after shipment date.




Information Security

1000 Miles Network keeps all customer's contact information under confidentiality including customer's names, addresses and email accounts entered during the purchase ordering. Only sufficient contact information will be printed on the Delivery Order for the purpose of delivery.

All contact information collected will not be sold, leased or given away for free to any other third-parties. Strictly adhered to our Privacy Policy.

1000 Miles Network also does not have access to customer's credit card information. All credit card information (i.e. credit card number and expiry date) are entered by the customer directly into the online credit card form provided by the payment gateway, WorldPay. These credit card information will then be sent directly to WorldPay using secured channel via HTTP-SSL.

  • WorldPay, a reputable global worldwide online payment gateway. WorldPay will safe-keep the credit card information for the purpose of processing online credit card transactions.
  • HTTP-SSL(Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer), is a a secure method of accessing web page information and sending information across a web pages. Credit card information will be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.



Credit Facility and Business Lease

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subjected to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local Customs office for detailed information.



Shipping Policy

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, shipping options, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time, excluding transit time. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, loan, and lease orders)

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order history/status of our Delivery Tracking Center.



Display Prices

1000 Miles Network Online Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all current products. Total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any delivery/handling fees and shipping charges. International trades subjected to terms and conditions for Customs, Duties and Taxes.

1000 Miles Network reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the 1000 Miles Network Online Store at any time. However, should 1000 Miles Network reduced its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days of shipment, you may contact our Sales Support at sales@1000-miles.com to request for a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact us within 30 business days of shipment.

Product Availability

1000 Miles Network endeavor to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the 1000 Miles Network Online Store at checkout. Estimated lead times are measured by:

  • Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order.
  • Shipping timei is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped - meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 3-4 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, 1000 Miles Network will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

1000 Miles Network reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.



Product Warranties

All Third-Party products sold by 1000 Miles Network Online Store are accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Other Terms and Conditions

1000 Miles Network is not responsible for typographic errors, and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at 1000 Miles Network websites.



Risks of Losses

All products purchased from 1000 Miles Network websites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.



Acceptance of Contract Terms
